EDUCATION
Heather attended Waianae public school on the island of Oahu. She was awarded scholarships to
The Academy of Arts in Honolulu, HI for her outstanding performance in Art. She was a pioneer
participant in the first Hawaii Upward Bound program. The Upward Bound program was designed
to help encourage students from impoverished families to obtain their “dream” of going to college.
Heather attended the University of Hawaii - Maui Campus. She Graduated from DeAnza College in
CA with a double associates degree in both Paralegal studies and Associates of Arts. She also
pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree from San Jose State University, CA and completed numerous
Real Estate and finance courses.

Heather was born and raised in Hawaii. She is currently an active volunteer member of The
American Red Cross DAT team - Santa Clara County Chapter. Disaster action team members
are trained and are “on call” for immediate deployment in response to emergency or disaster
situations which may occur on the local, state or national levels. Heathers favorite past times
are spending quality time with her grandchildren. She also enjoys most sports, especially
hiking, biking and Tai Chi. Other interests include drawing, painting, flower arranging,
gardening and dancing.
