Dianna Metzger - Escrow Coordinator
Century 21 El Camino provides agents with an in-house coordinator that will assist you in your listings and sales needs. As Escrow Coordinator, Dianna works with agents to ensure that the real estate transaction is a smooth process for all team members involved. Dianna keeps you informed and organized throughout the entire transaction, providing you and the Broker with a complete, well-documented file at the Close of Escrow. You will find yourself with extra time to devote to market new clients and begin calling old prospects. Dianna has been with Century 21 El Camino for many years and dealt with transactions on all levels.
EDUCATION
Dianna moved away from home at the age of 13 to attend the prestigious Germantown Academy in Fort Washington, PA. She pursued her swimming career, there with legendary swim coach, Dick Shoulberg, while balancing a challenging academic schedule. Her team won the National Championships, she was All-American all four years, and held school records while attending. She earned a scholarship to the
University of Arizona. She continued her success there in the pool and in school. Dianna was All-American swimmer in college 2 years, NCAA Qualifier 3 years, and earned the Mary Roby Academic Achievement Award from the U of A. She graduated in 2000 on her 5 year scholarship with a Bachelor of Science Family Studies. Dianna is currently a Notary Public and Realtor, along with Escrow Coordinating.

Dianna has lived all over the country and traveled extensively, having a great understanding and positive outlook of different cultures and backgrounds to better represent clients and agents needs. With her strict swimming and academic background, she has learned how to transfer her drive to succeed into her work and everyday life.
